How to change the event name?

Go to the event editing mode and click on "Settings". In the "Main" tab find the field with the event title and change the text inside the field.

Go to the event settings in the "Main" tab and find the "Type" field .

Each event is created with a unique link. You can change the URL of your event in the event settings. Go to the event editing mode and click on "Settings". In the "Main" tab find the field with the title "URL".

Go to the "Main" tab, scroll down through the settings and set the desired start and end date and time for your event.

How to add an event description?

Go to the event editing mode by clicking on the "Go to editor" button. In the event menu, click on the "About" page and find the description editing field on the page.

We need information about the participants of the event. How to collect and access this information?​

In order to do this, you can create a registration form. After registering on the platform and applying for your event, participants will have to fill out a registration form. In the form, you can ask participants any questions of your interest. You can view the collected information by clicking on the “Statistics” page and then opening the "List of participants" tab.

Is it possible to create a FAQ page for participants?​

Yes, it is possible. In order to do this, go to the event editing mode. Find the "FAQ" section in the event menu and click on it. Create various questions and answers for your participants.

Click on the "Publishing" button at the top of the page. Wait for the email notification about successful publishing.

Creating tasks for participants

How to create a task or an idea prompt for participants?​

In event editing mode, go to the “Tasks” page, create tasks and add assignments.

Go to the task editor, click on the “Experts” tab and find the "Add an expert" button. Add an expert from the shared list or invite a new one by clicking on the "Invite a new expert" button.

Add intervals for meetings with the expert in the task editor.

How to create questions within a task?

Go to the task editor, open the task, click on the “Questions” tab. Click on the "Add your question" button and create the questions you need.

Creating a vote and managing jury members ​

How to add jury members?​

Go to the "Voting" page and click on the "Juries" tab. Click "Add jury", fill out the form and click on "Save".

How to create criteria for evaluating solutions?​

Go to the "Criteria" tab on the “Voting" page. Click on the "Add group" button and come up with a name for the criteria group. Add several criteria to the group, set the number of scores for each criterion, and save the group by clicking "Save".

How to add jury members and criteria to the voting?​

In the "Juries" tab, add jury members, go to the "Criteria" tab and create the voting. Go to the "Juries" tab inside the voting and click on the "Add jury" button. Click on the drop-down list of jury members and select a jury member. Next to the jury name, click on the criteria drop-down list of criteria and attach the criteria to the jury member.

How to add a team to the voting?​

Create the voting and go to the "Teams" section inside the voting. Click on the team to add it to the voting.

Go to the voting and find the "Teams" section. Click on the team you added to the voting to remove it from the voting.

​How to delete the voting?​

Go to the "Voting" tab and click on the delete icon on the voting preview card. You can deactivate the voting and it will be removed from the voting list, but its settings will be saved. In order to do this, click on the voting editing icon and enter the date that has already passed in the "End date" field.

Where to view the assessments by jury members?​

You can export your voting results! Go to the "Statistics" page, click on the "Export /Import" tab and click on the button "Export grades".

Managing participants and teams How to view participants solutions?​

In order to do this, go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "Dashboard" tab. Click on any task from the list. You will see a list of participants or teams that have already uploaded their solutions to the platform. Click on the team’s name or participant’s name to view the solution.

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "Overall rating" tab.

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "List of participants" tab. Click on the "Form" next to the participant's name. In the pop-up window, you can change the data that the participant entered when filling out the registration form. You can also enable the display of the form inside the table with participants by clicking on the "Show form" button.

​How to add a participant to a team?​

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "List of participants" tab. Click on "Edit" next to the name of a participant who is not yet a member of the team. In the pop-up window "Team composition" select the appropriate team to add a member to it.

How to transfer a participant from one team to another?​

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "List of participants" tab. Click on "Edit" next to the name of the participant who is not the team captain. Select the team that you want to transfer the participant to.

How to change a team captain?​

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "List of participants" tab. Select a member who is not a team captain and click on the button "Edit". In the pop-up window "Team composition" click on the button "Upgrade to a team captain".

Go to the "Statistics" and click on the "List of participants" tab. Select a participant and click "Edit". Click on "Remove the participant from the team".

How to send a request to confirm participation in the event?​

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "List of participants" tab. Activate the checkbox next to the participant's name and click "Actions". In the pop-up window , click "Send a link to confirm participation" and select the method of sending the link to participants. You can confirm participation manually. Go to the "Confirmation of participation" tab and manually enter your message.

How can the organizer create a team for the participants?​

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "Teams" tab. Click on "Form a team", fill in the information about the team, select the captain and team members.

How can the team change the selected task?​

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "Teams" tab. Activate the checkbox next to the team name and click "Edit". Click on "Participates in task" and select a new task for the team in the pop-up window. In the same pop-up window you can also change the attached criteria.

How to attach nominations to a team?

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "Teams" tab. Activate the checkbox next to the team name and click "Edit". Click on "Participation in the following categories". In the pop-up window, select the necessary categories and click "Save".

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "Teams" tab. Activate the checkbox next to the team name and click "Edit". Click on "Moderation" and select the appropriate option in the pop-up window. You can add an accompanying message to the notification of successful moderation.

How to create email notifications?​

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "Notifications" tab. Click on "Create a notification" and select the notification type "On email". Fill in the subject line, text of your notification , schedule a date, and attach participants.

You can use special variables for customization. Insert the necessary variables in the text of your notification. In the email subject line these variables do not work!

After creating and confirming the notification, you will see the button "Use as template". After clicking on this button, the most recent notification will be used as a template.

How to import the list of participants?​

Go to the "Statistics" page and click on the "Export / Import" tab. Click on "Import" and upload your file with the list of participants.
